Course Description
In this course, you will be guided through the first two weeks of breastfeeding and the most essential parts of building a solid and nurturing connection with your baby. This course aims to give you the necessary tools to navigate all aspects of breastfeeding in your “early days.”
The most important thing to remember is that your breastfeeding journey is unique to you and your baby. These tools are here as a GUIDE, feel free to use what works for you and ignore what doesn’t.
In lesson one, you will learn how to begin trusting your maternal instincts and some of what to expect when getting to know your baby. You may find yourself nervous about starting this process. This lesson will also include critical tips on navigating common issues and concerns in your first few days.
In lesson two, you will learn about common nursing habits and concerns that you may have as you and your baby begin to build a strong connection during your first two weeks of breastfeeding. Additionally, this lesson covers the importance of mental health in your first two weeks and common concerns from pacifiers to support groups to opinions on developing “schedules” for your young baby.
